The 10-acre addition will include 23 more lots with the lots being noticeably larger than the current lots. Like the initial phase, the infrastructure will include an asphalt street, city sewer and water, Ameren gas and electric, and fiber. The new street will connect West North Street in the subdivision back to Damon Road.
